We enjoyed having a room close to the front desk. The shower was not working, but the location was excellent! 🚿

Location was somewhat convenient.
Dirty, AC didn't work, and according to the maintanence man, the staff was told it was broken before we arrived. The restaurant/bar listed as part of the hotel was gone. Just an overall bad experience.

The room I booked was updated and large. The location was absolutely perfect, right by local restaurants, Mentor Mall area, and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The room was clean, the bed was alright. the breakfast was okay.
Honestly, the male front desk clerk was rude! The check out is way too early. We had just stayed at a nice place before we arrived at Willoughby and their check out was 12:00 and they were gracious enough to allow us to stay til 1:00 free of charge. I have been in the customer service business for more than 17 years and I know good customer service. The workers at this hotel have a terrible bedside manner. I will never stay there again!

Stayed 30 days - had to ask to have room cleaned and request towels often. Never had WiFi even after moving rooms three times
